Nothing is being checked. The scheduler last ran 4 days ago. It should run every minute. Add this one line to cron: Ask your host for the versioned CLI PHP path, then run php artisan pharos:cron with that PHP. The web PHP selector does not configure cron.

For the whole installation

This is the shared mail server for account recovery and all status pages using central transport. Pages with custom SMTP keep their own server. To change one page’s sender or SMTP, select that page and open Email, Delivery. Changing these central settings affects every page that inherits them.

Mailer "Write to the log" puts every mail in storage/logs instead of sending it. Handy while you set things up.

Encryption 587 + TLS works for most providers; a few want 465 + SSL.

Subscriptions Subscriptions are on. Visitors can subscribe on the status page and get a mail per incident update. The switch is on the Subscribers screen.
